You will be accountable for the development of the full customer service experience, ensuring that customers receive the highest quality service. Responsibilities include:
-Proactive management of customer expectations
-Input to marketing Strategy in conjunction with marketing Director
-Establish processes to drive continuous improvement
-Setting service objectives and targets
-Engagement of staff
-Good IT skills, VBA/Excel macro programming an advantage.
-The ability to understand customer needs and behaviours
-Must be self-motivated and enthuse others
-Excellent communication skills at all levels of organisations
– Chemistry background would be an advantage.
-Must be comfortable around dogs (dog in office)

This role is based in Newton, Cambridge, (plenty of parking) but may involve some travel within UK, and very occasionally USA, France and Eire
We will consider candidates with a range of academic and IT qualifications. Further training will be provided.
